This is one of the customer quilts I quilted on the run up to Christmas. I enjoy quilting quilts like this where I choose a different pattern for each type of block so it gets repeated across the quilt and gives a subtle conhesion between the quilting and the piecing.
I did a mixture of free hand quilting, like the feathers and ruler work. For the border which was heavily patterned fabric, I did freemotion swirls.
